Course Placement – New Freshmen

New Freshmen:

Information on placement in first-year English, Chemistry, and Mathematics calculus courses may be obtained by clicking on the appropriate menu section shown. By following the procedures given in each section, you will learn which first-year courses are the most suitable for you to enroll in based on your prior schooling. Information obtained via the placement process will help you and your advisor determine an appropriate course schedule during registration. Please note that students admitted to regional campuses may be required to complete both the Guided English Survey and Mathematics Placement. Please follow the directions shared in your Orientation Reservation.
